I use a fixed price-per-page costing and I allow for two revisions for each page. When nearing the time allocated, I will let you know so there are no surprises when invoiced. If you need advert work for the magazine, this is something I can help with. Also, I make sure adverts are signed off via email to stop any revenue loss.
